This individual will be instrumental in creating, optimizing, and continuously improving our formulations, ensuring each solution meets the highest quality standards and market requirements. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** * Conduct physicochemical and mechanical tests to evaluate new developments. * Participate in product creation, reformulation, and optimization, ensuring performance and technical feasibility. * Execute pilot batches and field tests to validate developments prior to release. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation: technical data sheets, safety data sheets, and specifications. * Manage qualification of new raw materials with suppliers, procurement, and quality control. * Support technical and commercial teams in handling customer complaints and in competitive product characterization. * Contribute to regional projects by providing analysis, testing, and key results for innovation. **Education and Knowledge Requirements** * Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of formulation for construction chemicals. * Familiarity with environmental, health and safety regulations, and chemical substance management. * Experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems. * Knowledge of metrology and document control. * Basic English proficiency. **Experience** * Minimum of **2 years** in quality assurance, research and development, or industrial processes. **Additional Information** 100% on-site work in the Southwest region of the country
