Job Requirements: Technical or technological degree in human talent management related to the position, with at least 2 years of experience performing cross-functional activities within the area. Job Objective: Carry out recruitment, selection, hiring processes, monitoring contract extensions and terminations, responding to comprehensive internal and external document requests, tracking uniform deliveries, analytical ability, and excellent customer service. Added value if experienced in payroll processing and/or settlement (not essential).
