




**Job Title:** **Production Worker – Furniture Factory** **Area:** Production / Plant **Reports to:** Production Supervisor / Plant Manager **Job Objective:** Carry out assigned tasks in the furniture manufacturing process (cutting, assembly, sanding, painting, assembling, packaging, etc.) while meeting quality standards, scheduled timelines, and industrial safety regulations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Operate machinery and manual or electric tools for manufacturing furniture components. * Perform cutting, assembling, sanding, veneering, or painting of wooden parts, MDF, particleboard, or other materials. * Follow production supervisor's instructions to meet daily production targets. * Verify that components meet design and quality specifications. * Clean the work area and perform basic maintenance on assigned tools. * Package finished furniture or components, ensuring proper presentation and protection. * Comply with industrial safety regulations, use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and good manufacturing practices. * Report damages, equipment malfunctions, or defective materials. **Job Requirements:** * Minimum education: Secondary school diploma (preferably technical training in carpentry or related field). * Experience: 6 months to 1 year in carpentry production processes, furniture manufacturing, or related fields. * Knowledge of: * Reading basic blueprints or designs * Handling manual and electric tools (saw, drill, nail gun, etc.) * Materials such as wood, MDF, particleboard, laminate, hardware **Skills and Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Teamwork * Responsibility and punctuality * Organization * Ability to follow instructions * Results-oriented Job type: Full-time
