




Performs maintenance or repair services in two or more specialized areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting and plastering, machinery maintenance, electrical repairs or installations. * Visit and inspect assigned meeting centers at least once per month to identify and report malfunctions in chapel operations for appropriate attention. * Perform various electrical, plumbing, masonry, refrigeration, network, and audio tasks according to the predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance plan, in two or more specialized areas. * Request new supplies and equipment as needed. Resolve most questions and issues, referring only the most complex problems to higher levels. Frequently report on performance. * Inspect maintenance work performed by third parties when required. * Other duties assigned by the supervisor to achieve departmental objectives. * Training in electricity, masonry and/or finishes, plumbing, refrigeration, networks and/or audio. * Minimum of 02 years’ experience performing predictive, preventive, and/or corrective maintenance on buildings. * At least one advanced certification in electricity, finishes, plumbing, refrigeration, networks and/or audio. * General knowledge of masonry and/or finishes, mechanics, electricity, plumbing, refrigeration, networks and/or audio. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. * Height work certification desirable. * Valid driver’s license. * Willingness to travel to different cities.
