Technical support team leadership **EDUCATION:** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Specialization in Project Management or IT Project Management or Infrastructure Technology Management. * Cisco Certified Specialist \- Security Core (SCOR) certification **EXPERIENCE:** * Minimum of five (5\) years in telecommunications project management or IT infrastructure support coordination, counted from the issuance date of the professional license. * Of the minimum experience requirement, three (3\) years must be specific experience as a coordinator or leader of technical support teams. **To validate experience, certifications must detail the functions performed and confirm that the service period occurred after the issuance of the professional license.**
