A company in the precast concrete sector is seeking a CREATIVE DESIGNER for its team, with technical knowledge of design software, assertive communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively. Technical or technological studies in design required. Minimum two years of experience. Responsibilities: * Manage design projects in compliance with current quality regulations and standards across various contexts. * Update and create content for the company’s website. * Drive innovation through proposals, concepts, and products that respond to contextual opportunities by developing and implementing viable alternatives. * Understand the formal components and aspects of products—including shape, color, texture, and harmony—as well as the fundamentals of aesthetics, sociology, and anthropology of industrial products, in order to formulate coherent, innovative, and contextually applicable design proposals. * Other duties as assigned. Hiring is directly through the company, with an indefinite-term employment contract. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Two Saturdays off per month.
