Proficiency in office software and revenue collection processes A telecommunications company providing television and internet services requires an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT PAR for its team, who must reside and work in Tocancipá and Gachancipá The selected candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support at the service and revenue collection point, ensuring efficient customer service, accurate payment recording, and timely billing of the company's services. Key responsibilities include: in-person customer service at the revenue collection point; processing registration, billing, and revenue collection for television and internet services; using office software for information management and control; supporting administrative tasks at the service point; archiving documentation; ensuring proper implementation of internal cash handling procedures; and providing basic support for inquiries related to services provided. Technical or technological education in administrative, accounting, or related fields is required, with a minimum of one (1) year of experience in similar roles as an Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, email) and knowledge of billing and revenue collection processes are essential.
