At Concentrix, we offer you the opportunity to train and grow professionally through a fully sponsored Technical Call Center – Bilingual Program. During your training phase: You will receive 75% of the current Legal Minimum Monthly Wage (SMMLV) You will be enrolled in EPS and ARL health and occupational risk insurance. Schedule: 8-hour daily training sessions, Monday through Friday, scheduled within the time frame of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. During your practical phase: You will receive 100% of the SMMLV, plus EPS, ARL, social benefits, transportation allowance, and compensation fund coverage. Practical site: Any of Concentrix’s locations in Bogotá (assigned by the program upon commencement of the practical phase) Modality: In-person Schedule: Availability required from Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation). Shifts will be assigned for morning, afternoon, night, or early morning, depending on operational needs. Maximum weekly working hours: 44, with legally mandated rest periods. Transportation service after 10:00 p.m., subject to coverage. Total duration: 15 months (9 months of training + 6 months of practice) Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years. High school diploma (bachillerato). English proficiency level A2 or higher. No current or prior apprenticeship contract. Not currently enrolled in studies or employed.
