For this reason, the main objective of the **Customer Onboarding Specialist at Global66** will be to provide personalized support to customers who fail to complete the automated registration flow on the platform, aiming to recover accounts and continuously improve approval rates. * Meet customer acquisition, conversion goals, and internal quality targets. * Timely manage requests for information from customers according to the conditions defined in the KYC policy for DNI verification. * Review and approve documentation verifying customer identity, according to those accepted by Global 81 SpA. * Control and monitor records rejected by our DNI verification providers. * Document and promptly communicate changes in internal Onboarding flows within CX. * Review and monitor internal channels regarding cases related to DNI validation. * Propose and implement continuous improvements in workflows and support materials for DNI review. * Create and standardize documents, emails, templates, and workflows. * Provide personalized attention to recover and activate accounts of rejected customers. ### **What are we looking for?** * Basic understanding of Law 19\.913 and 20\.393\. * Computer and software knowledge at user level. * Intermediate reading and writing skills in Portuguese. * Intermediate reading and writing skills in English. * Basic knowledge of workflow programs. ### **Benefits** We are a high-performance team, which means being here is being among the best.
