Responsible for executing operational activities within the production process, ensuring compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and productivity standards. * Perform production tasks according to defined procedures. * Operate machinery and tools assigned to the production process. * Conduct basic product quality control. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Support packaging, loading, unloading, or storage activities as required. * Report any incidents or anomalies in processes or equipment. **Requirements** * Minimum education: Primary school / High school diploma (as required). * Experience: Minimum (0–6 months / 1 year) in similar positions (preferred). * Basic knowledge of production processes. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
