We are committed to delivering unparalleled quality to the healthcare professionals who use our products—and ultimately, to the millions of patients whose lives we impact. **Primary Objective:** Creatively, proactively, and independently support the Medical Education Department in organizing and delivering educational activities for Arthrex representatives. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** * Deliver in-person and virtual training in Colombia for subsidiary employees and distributors—including sales personnel, product teams, and surgical technicians/surgical technologists. * Instruct on Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, Trauma, and any other medical specialties developed by Arthrex—including topics related to medical conditions, current and classic anatomical concepts, biomechanics, and clinical applications associated with the safe and effective use of Arthrex products and techniques. * Conduct surgical demonstrations using synthetic models and/or cadavers. * Provide technical support for the online learning management system, Arthrex Global University (AGU). * Collaborate with Medical Education, Sales, and Product teams to plan and implement representative-focused educational campaigns aligned with product launches, continuing education requirements, and policy matters affecting representatives. * Develop clinical training materials covering Arthrex products and procedures to support enterprise-wide education across all product lines. * Work with Corporate Medical Education leadership and clinical staff to create training resources and assessments. * Create and analyze continuing education reports on representative training status to share with management for evaluating Arthrex representatives. * Serve as a key communicator to Medical Education leadership and stakeholders regarding upcoming trainings and other representative education-related information. * Support Human Resources and subsidiary leadership in onboarding and orientation of new employees. * Attend surgical procedures to support the education of surgical technicians/surgical technologists. * Support Product and Sales teams in developing Arthrex educational materials. * Support the regional Medical Education program for healthcare professionals and representatives, as needed. * Publicly represent and promote Arthrex Medical Education regarding the use and functionality of educational tools, products, and systems.
