




Position Purpose Ensure the proper execution of assigned operations, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards, effective personnel management, customer satisfaction, and operational continuity. Acts as a liaison between staff, the corporation, and the client. Main Responsibilities * Supervise, coordinate, and monitor operational personnel. * Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and established timelines. * Serve as the main point of contact with the client, address requests, and resolve operational issues. * Ensure operations are conducted safely, orderly, and efficiently. * Train staff on procedures, best practices, and internal regulations. * Prepare daily or weekly operation reports and performance indicators. * Verify availability and proper use of equipment, supplies, and resources. * Identify improvements in operational processes and communicate them to the relevant department. * Manage basic personnel disciplinary situations (well-being, punctuality, performance). * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (HSE) regulations in operations. Academic Qualifications Technologist or professional degree in fields such as Administration, Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Production, Operations Management, or related areas. Additional desirable training in leadership, team management, customer service, or logistics. Experience Minimum of 1 to 3 years in supervisory, coordination, or operational leadership roles.
