A Day in the Life As Demand Planner for the Consumer Products Division, you will be the strategic engine connecting our commercial ambitions with a world-class supply chain for the Central America and Andean Region. Reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, your mission will be to transform mass consumption into a precision operation, ensuring that our iconic brands—such as L'Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, and Garnier—are always available to millions of consumers. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading the Sales and Operations Planning (S\&OP) cycle, orchestrating consensus among commercial, finance, and operations teams. * Building and optimizing sales forecasts for our portfolio—including baseline, promotions, and new launches—using advanced statistical models. * Managing and improving key performance indicators such as Forecast Accuracy (MAPE) and Bias to ensure exceptional service levels. * Analyzing sell\-in and sell\-out dynamics to prevent stockouts and optimize regional inventory flow.
