We want to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Role as a Transformation Protagonist:** Design, implement, and optimize infrastructure and DevOps solutions in hybrid environments (cloud and on\-premise), ensuring system availability, security, and scalability in production. This professional serves as the team’s technical reference, leading the execution of automation and continuous integration initiatives, and promoting sustained improvement of software delivery processes. **CI/CD Pipeline Implementation and Management** Design, build, and maintain integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps. Ensure automation of testing, packaging, and deployment across development, QA, and production environments, with full process traceability. **Infrastructure as Code (IaC)** Implement and manage infrastructure using declarative tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation, ensuring reproducibility, versioning, and governance of environments. Apply best practices for modularization and state management in medium- and high-complexity projects. **Cloud and On\-Premise Architecture and Implementation** Execute deployments on cloud platforms (preferably AWS, with knowledge of Azure or GCP) and on\-premise infrastructure, including network configuration, load balancers, storage, and compute services. Actively participate in hybrid architecture design decisions focused on high availability and disaster recovery. **Containers and Orchestration** Implement and administer Docker- and Kubernetes-based solutions (EKS, AKS, or on\-premise clusters), including namespace configuration, network policies, auto-scaling, and secret management. **Security and DevSecOps Integration** Integrate security controls across all phases of the software lifecycle: vulnerability analysis in container images, static code analysis (SAST), secret management with Vault or AWS Secrets Manager, and compliance with ISO 27001 and ISO 27701\. **Monitoring and Observability** Implement monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or equivalents) to ensure real-time visibility into application and infrastructure behavior, establishing alerts, dashboards, and incident response processes. **Technical Mentorship** Support the development of junior and semi\-senior analysts through code reviews, technical documentation, knowledge-transfer sessions, and definition of team work standards. **Collaboration Between Development and Operations** Facilitate alignment among development, QA, and operations teams, promoting DevOps culture, internal service-level agreements (SLAs), and controlled change management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** Minimum 5 years of professional experience in DevOps (2\-3\), infrastructure, or SRE roles, with direct involvement in production environment implementations. Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas is required: cloud infrastructure management on AWS; Kubernetes cluster administration; CI/CD pipeline implementation in medium- or large-scale projects; or enterprise on\-premise infrastructure management. **Specific Technical Knowledge** CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, IAM, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch), scripting (Bash, Python), version control (Git), monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), secret management (Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and foundational networking concepts in hybrid environments (site\-to\-site VPN, DNS, firewall, load balancing). **Languages** Intermediate\-advanced English required (B2 level or higher).
