Professional specialized in the creation and management of BIM (Building Information Modeling) models for railway projects. Will be responsible for efficiently developing multidisciplinary BIM models, ensuring quality, compatibility, and traceability of information throughout all project stages. **Academic Profile:** * Professional in Architecture and/or Civil Engineering. * Preferably with a BIM diploma. * Specific knowledge of BIM 360 methodology and Revit. **Required Experience:** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in similar roles as a BIM Modeler. * Preferred experience in rail or sustainable and efficient transportation infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in BIM methodology and modeling tools. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create 3D project models and incorporate detailed information (material properties, technical specifications, and cost data). * Ensure models comply with applicable quality standards and regulations. * Prepare and deliver project plans for the various departments involved. * Support work teams by resolving inconsistencies to ensure designs are developed as intended. **We Offer:** * Service contract. * Fees negotiable. * A dynamic work environment focused on continuous improvement.
