Job Summary: We are seeking a Data Center Operator in Bogotá to monitor and manage backup job execution and incident resolution, as well as install and configure customer services. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and management of backup job execution 2. Resolution of Level 1 incidents with existing workarounds 3. Execution of backup recovery requests We are looking for a Data Center Operator – Bogotá who is eager to learn and transform their career. In this role, you will: Continuously monitor backup job execution. Re-run failed backup jobs (Level 1 Event Management). Resolve Level 1 incidents using existing workarounds (Level 1 Incident Management). Escalate Level 2 backup incidents to the Backup Administration team when Level 1 incidents cannot be resolved using existing workarounds. Track backup incidents. Execute backup recovery requests (initiated by customers or by the Backup Administration team). Install or configure customer services. Perform image backup or restoration.
