In this role, you will be responsible for supporting continuous improvement initiatives, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs), and documenting operational processes to drive efficiency. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on optimizing the delivery of our services in Bogotá, ensuring our operational standards meet the highest quality and security requirements. · In this role, you will: Execute and analyze operational reports: Develop and update dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights on efficiency, quality, and productivity. Collaborate on process optimization: Conduct time-and-motion studies and document operational processes alongside work teams to identify and implement continuous improvement and innovation projects. Ensure compliance and operational support: Support quality and environmental management system audits, manage corrective actions, and perform administrative follow-up on departmental action plans. · Ideal candidate qualifications: Current academic status: Student in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. No prior apprenticeship contract signed. Technical proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and report generation. Analytical ability: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, process documentation capability, and attention to detail.
