These are the responsibilities for the position, but are not limited to: * **Develop 3D models and technical documentation** (drawings and deliverables) from 2D drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the project’s BEP. * **Model MEP network systems**, including electronic security components, controllers, electronic boards, cabinets, and conduits. * **Apply BIM methodologies** consistently, participating in coordination processes with other modelers and engineers. * **Ensure modeling quality** according to AECOM internal standards and client expectations. * **Collaborate on international projects**, adapting to different regulations and workflows, especially in projects located in the U.S., Canada, and other countries. * Works under general supervision performing advanced technical tasks using a wide variety of resources, including computers. * May be responsible for all or part of a project. * May train and supervise workflow. **Requirements** Minimum Requirements * High school diploma (or equivalent) \+ 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalence in experience and/or education. * Experience generating 3D models, drawings, and deliverables through the interpretation of 2D designs. * Proficiency with software such as Revit, AutoCAD 2D and 3D. * Knowledge of MEP network modeling, (pipes, conduits, cabinets, accessories or peripherals or equipment), electronic security, controllers, automation, and electronic boards. * Familiarity with BIM methodologies. **Additional Information** Desired Qualifications * Technical or technological degree in related fields. * Intermediate English (B2 – B2\+).
