This is not an experimental or “tool-evaluation” role. It’s a **high-responsibility, delivery-focused position**, where the goal is to **deliver high-quality, productivity-driven features faster and more intelligently**, integrating AI at every stage of development. You’ll join a core team redefining how software is built—using AI as a **force multiplier for productivity and quality**, not as a shortcut. **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Design, develop, test, and deploy **production-ready full-stack features**, with an AI-First approach. * Use AI throughout the entire development lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, coding, testing, documentation, and release. * Develop backend services in **.NET / .NET Core**, and frontend applications in **Angular (v8+) and React**. * Build and operate **cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure**. * Take **end-to-end ownership** of features—from design through post-production improvements. * Continuously improve **engineering workflows, automation, and delivery speed**, using AI responsibly. * Work closely with **Product Managers and Tech Leads** to accelerate time-to-market. * Maintain high standards of **quality, security, scalability, and sustainability**, even at high velocity. * Contribute to building and scaling our **AI-First engineering culture**. * Mentor other engineers on effective and responsible AI-assisted development practices. **✅ Mandatory Requirements** * Solid experience as a Full Stack Engineer. * Advanced experience with .NET / .NET Core. * Solid experience with Angular (version 10 or higher). * Practical experience with Microsoft Azure. * Experience with SQL Server. * **Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLMs, AI APIs) across the development lifecycle.** * **Experience working with various artificial intelligence models (LLMs) applied to software development, understanding their uses and limitations.** * Experience building secure, scalable, production-ready systems. **✨ Nice-to-Have (Bonus points if you have…)** * Experience integrating **AI-powered features** into products. * Experience in **DevOps, CI/CD, or automation**. * Knowledge or exposure to **AI security, privacy, or governance**. * Experience mentoring or coaching other engineers. * Product mindset and ability to understand **business impact, trade-offs, and priorities**. **You have the option to work remotely!
