Imagine tackling challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and being **responsible for**: * Leading the evolution of Fury’s micro-frontend architecture, ensuring scalability and compatibility. * Maintaining and evolving the Webpack, Vite, and ESBuild build and bundling ecosystem, ensuring efficient and adaptable pipelines aligned with the platform’s evolving needs. * Defining cross-team technical standards and contracts that guide how teams build and integrate their frontends within Fury—promoting consistency and engineering best practices at an organizational scale. * Defining the team’s technical roadmap, conducting strategic code reviews, and serving as a reference for highly complex technical decisions. * Leading the adoption of AI tools and patterns in the development workflow—exploring and defining how agentic experiences are built, integrated, and scaled within the platform. **What We’re Looking For:** * Mastery of modern JavaScript and React: execution model, rendering, optimization, and browser performance. * Proven experience designing micro-frontend architectures (e.g., Module Federation, single-spa, or custom solutions) in multi-team environments. * Experience configuring Webpack, Vite, and ESBuild build systems and managing large-scale CI/CD pipelines. * Architectural vision applied to PaaS platforms, cloud services, and backend integrations. * Daily use of AI tools in development and a clear vision on how to design and integrate agentic experiences on the web. **Ready to leave your mark on Latin American technology?** Apply now and join our mission! *Hybrid work model.
