Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Center Technician to ensure continuous and effective monitoring of the IT infrastructure, optimizing operations and minimizing business impact. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous IT infrastructure monitoring using advanced tools. 2. Analysis, correlation, and prioritization of alerts to minimize impact. 3. Participation in continuous improvement of event management processes. We are looking for an Operations Center Technician! Job Objective: Ensure continuous and effective monitoring of IT infrastructure and services by analyzing and prioritizing alerts, timely incident management and escalation, continuous improvement of monitoring processes and tools, contributing to operational stability and optimization of business impact. Main Responsibilities: Continuously monitor IT infrastructure and services using monitoring tools (Checkmk, Elastic, Alerta.io). Analyze, correlate, and prioritize alerts to identify incidents and minimize business impact. Escalate incidents to support teams according to procedures. Participate in the continuous improvement of event management (monitoring) and incident and problem management processes. Collaborate on task automation to optimize operations by identifying repetitive manual tasks. Ensure monitoring systems align with business needs by reviewing errors and proposing improvements.
