Job Summary: We are seeking a Temporary Sales Representative to develop product sales, advise customers, and execute in-store activities, ensuring full coverage of the assigned area. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized customer advisory services and in-store execution. 2. 100% visit coverage in the assigned area. 3. Monitoring and analysis of reports for sales strategy. We are currently recruiting a Temporary Sales Representative. Responsibilities: Develop company product sales through purchase advisory services and personalized customer support, based on service quality, product knowledge, product presentations, and in-store execution. Achieve 100% visit coverage across the entire assigned work area, respecting established boundaries. Update information for each assigned customer and include 100% of managed customers within the relevant category according to the assigned territory in the route plan. Monitor and analyze reports generated by the distribution department to plan daily sales strategy. Academic Qualification: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 12 months in pre-sales, TAT sales, or commercial advisory roles, with knowledge of customer service and sales processes. Salary: COP 1,750,905 + transportation allowance + statutory benefits + mobility allowance per working day + contests/incentives + commissions Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 AM until route completion at approximately 5:00 PM, with availability to work on holidays when required. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma / Secondary Education 1 year of experience
