Fundamental experience in painting and quality supervision. We are seeking a Technical Construction Assistant to join GRUPO ESTRUCTURA Y CONCRETO INGENIERIA SAS. The selected candidate will work on civil engineering projects and general civil works maintenance with support, collaborating across various project phases—from design to final supervision. Solid experience in painting is essential, as technical assistance is required for finish application and quality supervision thereof. This is an on-site position; therefore, the candidate must be available to work at assigned construction site locations. The Technical Construction Assistant is expected to collaborate with engineering and architectural teams, participating in planning meetings and supervising task execution. The candidate must possess solid knowledge of construction techniques and finishing methods, as well as teamwork skills and a proactive attitude. Prior experience in the construction sector is a plus but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates aptitude and serious commitment to professional development in this field. The selected candidate must be willing to learn and adapt to the changing needs of each project. Problem-solving ability and capacity to work under pressure will be highly valued.
