Position Summary: NGE CONTRACTING in Bogotá is seeking a Civil Engineering Drafter/Designer responsible for preparing detailed construction drawings, temporary works designs, and 3D modeling. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of detailed construction and design drawings. 2. 3D modeling of tools and construction materials. 3. Expansion of the technical drawing library (2D and 3D). **METHODS DRAFTER:** As part of its international development, NGE CONTRACTING seeks to hire a **FEMALE Drafter/Designer** in civil engineering, with at least two years of experience, for its local office in Bogotá, Colombia. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare detailed construction phase drawings (e.g., construction phases for a bridge abutment). * Prepare design and fabrication drawings for temporary works (e.g., walkways, formwork tools, crane foundations, etc.). * Prepare installation drawings for the project. * Prepare formwork layout and rotation drawings (e.g., formwork rotation drawings and positioning of formwork panels/rebars for vertical elements of a concrete structure). * Perform measurements on drawings for quantity take-offs during the tendering phase. * Perform 3D modeling of tools and construction materials. * Expand the technical drawing library (2D and 3D). **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Mandatory proficiency in CAD tools: AutoCAD, Revit (Inventor will be valued). * Mandatory spoken/written English proficiency (French will be valued). * Knowledge of civil engineering operational procedures (structures, functional buildings, underground works) will be valued. * Knowledge of public works materials (vertical/horizontal formwork, machinery, etc.) will be valued. We seek a rigorous, autonomous, curious individual with a team spirit. **CONTRACT TERMS:** Initial fixed-term contract for six (6) months; upon successful completion of this probationary period, the contract may be renewed for successive one (1\) year periods, up to a maximum of four (4\) years, after which it shall be deemed an indefinite-term contract.
