This role works across a broad range of visual approaches—typography, photography, illustration, infographics, motion graphics, and video—to build clear, engaging, and brand-aligned visual narratives across multiple channels, formats, and audiences. As part of the Creative Studio, this role collaborates on integrated projects and initiatives alongside Communications, Marketing, and other MarComms teams, ensuring brand consistency, visual excellence, and high quality standards across all deliverables. **Requirements:** * University or technical degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience. * More than 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating consistent visual fundamentals. * Proficiency in core graphic design principles: composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy, applied to both print and digital media. * Advanced experience with Word and PowerPoint, including design and use of corporate templates; experience with Templafy is desirable. * Proficiency with industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and other design and presentation software. * Practical knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles. * Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. * Collaborative mindset, with clear communication skills to work effectively with project managers and multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1\). **Responsibilities:** * Create high-quality visual assets for print, digital, and interactive formats supporting brand campaigns and communications. * Design and maintain advanced Word and PowerPoint templates aligned with corporate guidelines and Templafy. * Apply and ensure compliance with brand guidelines, guaranteeing visual consistency and excellence across all deliverables. * Collaborate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop visual solutions, incorporate feedback, and meet project objectives. * Propose creative ideas that strengthen the visual narrative while maintaining high standards of quality, usability, and accessibility. **What We Offer:** * Hybrid work schedule (in-office and remote) / to be agreed upon with management based on responsibilities. * Annual performance reviews. * Biannual employee engagement surveys. * Opportunity to join a multinational company with high quality standards and growth potential. * The possibility to participate in multidisciplinary projects at national, regional, and global levels. * Eligibility to join our Own It program, enabling you to acquire shares of WSP Global through monthly payroll deductions and benefit from an additional 50% company contribution (subject to defined maximum amount).
