**About Canals** ================ Canals is a fully remote, profitable startup transforming the industrial supply chain ($10T industry) with AI. Our platform seamlessly integrates with the systems distributors already use, automating tedious tasks and reducing failure points in moving physical goods across the globe. We’re a 70\-person team (\~45 in engineering), located across North and South America. **The Role** ============ We’re hiring a Solutions Engineer, helping distributors implement, integrate, and scale successfully on Canals. You’ll play a key role in onboarding new customers, ensuring their systems connect smoothly with our platform, and serving as a technical partner to Customer Success Managers post\-launch. This is a highly cross\-functional role — part technical problem\-solver, part educator, part process builder. You’ll work directly with customers to translate business needs into configuration and integration solutions, while also serving as a go\-to product expert for our internal teams.
