




Position Summary: We are seeking a B2B and B2C Commercial Advisor for Domonow, focused on goal achievement, persuasion, and excellence in customer service, managing the end-to-end sales cycle. At OFIMA S.A.S., a leading provider of enterprise software solutions with over 35 years of experience, we seek a B2B and B2C Commercial Advisor for Domonow — our expanding technology platform — oriented toward goal achievement, persuasion, and excellence in customer service. Position Purpose Comprehensively manage the sales cycle — from prospecting through closing to customer retention — contributing to sustainable growth of the commercial portfolio and Domonow’s market positioning. Key Responsibilities Actively prospect new B2C and B2B customers via cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and referrals. Qualify leads generated from digital marketing campaigns and events. Present Domonow’s value proposition and conduct product demonstrations. Manage the sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring traceability and consistent updates. Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within the assigned budget. Execute upselling and cross-selling strategies for existing customers. Ensure proper onboarding and post-sales satisfaction in coordination with the support team. Requirements Technical, technological, or professional education in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of verifiable sales experience (consultative, direct, or telesales). Experience in B2C or B2B sales, preferably in technology or digital services. Mastery of the sales cycle. CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar). Familiarity with sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, or others). · Key Competencies Goal orientation and commitment to achieving targets. Persuasive communication and active listening.
