




Summary: The Legal & HR Compliance Specialist ensures legal drafting, compliance with employment and labor regulations, and guides the HR department. Highlights: 1. Support HR in resolving employment issues and managing disciplinary processes. The Legal & HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting SD Solutions’ legal drafting needs, ensuring compliance with employment and labor regulations, and providing day-to-day guidance to the Human Resources department. This role includes the preparation and maintenance of legal and HR documentation, monitoring legislative developments, and ensuring that all internal processes align with applicable laws. The position is office-based and requires daily on-site presence. Key responsibilities. 1. Legal Drafting & Documentation -Draft, review, and update employment contracts, addenda, HR policies, internal regulations, and formal letters (including disciplinary notices and termination letters). -Prepare standard agreements, policies, and compliance documentation for internal use. -Manage and respond to standard incoming inquiries related to legal or HR documentation. 2. Labor Law Compliance -Provide timely guidance on labor law matters and ensure consistent application of employment regulations across the organization. -Monitor legislative changes affecting employment and HR practices and advise stakeholders on required updates or process adjustments. -Ensure that SD Solutions’ operations remain fully compliant with applicable laws and regulations. 3. HR Support & Employee Relations -Serve as a point of contact for internal inquiries regarding labor norms, HR procedures, and compliance requirements. -Support the HR department in resolving employment-related issues and implementing best practices. -Lead and manage disciplinary processes in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements. 4. Onboarding & Offboarding -Oversee the entire onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with legal and HR standards. -Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure a smooth start and exit experience for employees. 5. Cross-Jurisdictional Research -Conduct legal research and gather information on labor legislation and regulatory requirements in other jurisdictions, as needed to support expanding business operations. 6. Business Support -Provide legal and HR compliance support to all business units, helping teams interpret and apply relevant standards and internal policies.
