This position is for SUPPLA S.A. **Role Description** ----------------------- Lead and ensure the proper execution of logistics operations through control and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and management of the operational team, guaranteeing compliance with service and productivity standards. * Meal and transportation allowance: * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch break), 44 hours per week * Work mode: On-site **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Administration, or related fields * Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics operations * Experience in picking, packing, warehousing, and reverse logistics * Experience managing operational staff * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to meeting KPIs * Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills * Own transportation is desirable * High adaptability and change management capability **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Lead and supervise daily logistics operations * Monitor and control KPI achievement * Manage and support the operational staff under your responsibility * Coordinate picking, packing, warehousing, and reverse logistics processes * Ensure service levels and customer satisfaction * Identify operational improvement opportunities * Support the implementation and structuring of processes (building operations from scratch)
