Key responsibilities: * Design and implement commercial strategies to increase occupancy and profitability. * Oversee the hotel’s overall operations. * Coordinate and lead staff across all departments. * Ensure compliance with legal regulations, safety standards, and internal protocols. * Represent the hotel before clients, strategic partners, and authorities. * Address guest complaints, requests, and needs. * Monitor revenues, expenses, and budget. * Manage guest reservations, check-in, and check-out. * Operate platforms such as **Booking, Airbnb, Lobby**, and similar. * Coordinate procurement, inventory management, and supplier relations. * Inspect facility conditions and propose operational improvements. * Support staff recruitment, training, and shift scheduling. * Prepare administrative reports and present results to the management committee. * Continuously innovate in services, guest experiences, and management practices to maintain competitiveness. Requirements: * Professional degree in **Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration in Tourism, or related fields**. * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in the hospitality industry or related sectors. * Leadership skills, effective communication, and results-oriented management abilities. * **Intermediate or advanced English (mandatory).** Conditions: * **Salary:** To be negotiated, based on experience and profile.
