Your primary role will be acquiring new clients by sourcing properties and advising clients on property acquisition and management. You must possess client outreach skills, commercial advisory expertise, and persuasion abilities. Your ability to understand client needs and offer customized solutions will be essential to the team’s success. We need someone capable of establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering expert advice and effective solutions tailored to their rental requirements. Your persuasive and negotiation skills will be critical to closing deals and exceeding expectations. This is an on-site position, so regular attendance at our offices is required. We seek a committed individual with a proactive attitude and impeccable communication skills. If you have experience in the real estate sector, hold a valid driver’s license (A2), keep your documentation up to date, and are passionate about helping clients find their ideal properties, this opportunity is for you.
