It is an exciting time at WTW, as we are positively transforming the way we work with a completely new approach to empowering our people to make the greatest impact. **The Role:** * Validate correct case creation and documentation (formats, official documents, policy numbers, signatures) * Communicate directly with clients and confirm all necessary details and considerations. * Review documents provided by clients to ensure compliance with insurer requirements. * Submit claims to insurers and follow up on their responses. * Analyze insurer responses to ensure alignment with requested items. * Update information in WTW systems. **Qualifications** ------------------ * Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance or related fields. * Customer service-oriented. * Intermediate-level experience working with Excel. * Strong analytical and information comprehension skills. * Detail-oriented. * Problem-solving ability.
