




Profile * Male or female between 20 and 40 years old * Education level: Technician in commercial areas (marketing and sales), commercial advisory, and operations of financial institutions. * Experience: 6 months as a call center advisor, preferably in the cooperative or financial sector; professional practice is valid. * Work location: Medellín * Contract type: Fixed-term less than one year * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm **Must have knowledge and skills for:** * Marketing the institution's service portfolio and programs being developed at the agency. * Supporting commercial management through telemarketing * Developing commercial strategies * Handling technological platforms, software, and Office applications * Customer service * Financial processes related to: loans, savings, and other services **Essential requirement**: Must not have negative reports in credit bureaus.
