A reputable partner company requires an academically qualified high school graduate to join its team as an Access Control Assistant, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in food companies. · Job Mission: Control the entry and exit of personnel, vehicles, and materials within the organization by verifying, recording, and authorizing access, thereby ensuring security and compliance with established regulations. · Specific Functions: Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring adherence to established protocols. Record entries and exits in logs or systems, ensuring information traceability. Authorize access for personnel and vehicles according to organizational guidelines. · Knowledge: Basic computer skills. Basic Excel proficiency. Security or surveillance training course (optional). · Competencies: Customer service. Communication. Teamwork. Following instructions. · Salary: $1.750.905 + transportation allowance $249.095 + statutory social benefits. Work Schedule: Rotating schedule, Sunday to Sunday, with one compensatory day per week. Shifts change every 15 days: Morning: 5:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Afternoon: 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Night: 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Contract Type: Indefinite-term contract.
