Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chef specializing in pizza and pasta preparation, with leadership skills to supervise kitchen staff and ensure dish quality. Key Highlights: 1. Staff management and quality standards A pasta restaurant and pizzeria located in the municipality of Envigado requires a Chef with at least one (1) year of experience in pizza and pasta preparation, and experience managing staff. · Academic background: High school diploma, technical or technological degree in gastronomy, culinary arts, or related fields. · Job requirements: - Knowledge of cooking and food preparation, including pizzas and pastas - Good food handling practices. · Responsibilities: - Prepare dishes following recipes or original creations (pizzas and pastas) - Supervise proper cooking, taste, and presentation. - Lead and coordinate kitchen staff. - Verify that dishes meet standards for taste, hygiene, and presentation. · Professional competencies: Teamwork, leadership, assertive communication, organization, and proactivity. · Salary: COP $2,400,000 to $2,800,000 + statutory transportation allowance + current statutory benefits + tips. Contract type: Project-based or task-based contract. Schedule: 44 hours per week, shifts between 11:30 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., availability to work Sundays and take weekdays off.
