Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planner to ensure the availability and reliability of critical assets, optimize costs, and strengthen the culture of preventive maintenance. Strengthen the culture of preventive maintenance POSITION: MAINTENANCE PLANNER LOCATION: Medellin FUNCTIONS: Ensure the availability and reliability of critical assets. Reduce repetitive failures and downtime. Optimize maintenance costs. Improve compliance with the Preventive Maintenance Plan (PMP). Strengthen the culture of preventive maintenance. Ensure technical and documentary traceability. Improve MTBF, MTTR, and backlog indicators. Standardize maintenance routines and frequencies. Operational reliability. Asset management. EDUCATION Electrical Engineering Electronic Engineering Mechatronics Engineering KNOWLEDGE Criticality analysis. RCA (Root Cause Analysis). TPM and continuous improvement. Interpretation of failure history records. Electrical and Automation Systems Industrial electrical systems. Instrumentation and control. PLCs, variable frequency drives, and automation. Interpretation of electrical schematics and P&ID diagrams. Industrial power and control equipment. Technical Management Creation and updating of equipment life sheets. Management of critical spare parts. Interpretation of technical manuals and exploded diagrams. Material and spare parts coding. Technical document management.
