Shift Scheduling: Ensure proper staff schedule organization while maintaining optimal coverage. Staff Monitoring and Goal Achievement Assurance. Staff Mentoring: Support and guide team members in their daily tasks, promoting a collaborative environment. Office Software Proficiency: Use Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, summaries, and presentations. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in administrative functions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and planning skills. Proactivity. Proficiency in office software. Availability to work rotating 8-hour shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Rotation every ~3–4 months) We Offer: Job stability.
