We are looking for **Freelance Commercial Advisors** to market housing projects in **Antioquia**. Main Responsibilities * Advise clients interested in housing projects. * Prospect and manage new clients. * Present and market real estate projects. * Follow up with prospects until sale closure. * Accompany clients throughout the entire purchasing process. * Achieve established sales targets. Candidate Profile * Sales experience (preferably in real estate, financial services, insurance, automotive, or consultative sales). * Excellent commercial attitude and negotiation skills. * Strong communication ability and capacity to build client relationships. * Achievement-oriented and goal-driven. * Proficiency with digital tools and social media (desirable). * Availability to work on a freelance basis.
