**Publication Date:** Dec 23, 2025 **Location:** Medellin, Antioquia, CO **Company:** SURA **LEVEL** Analyst**AREA** Corporate Analytics and AI Unit**REPORTING TO** None**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Implement scalable, efficient, and sustainable solutions enabling the use of **AI models in production environments.** * Support definition and implementation of **AI/ML architectures**: model selection, infrastructure (agentic backend), and services. * Recalibrate, retrain, **optimize, and deploy AI models** (ML, DL — GenAI) to adapt to business changes in terms of performance. * Build **MLOps pipelines**: continuous training, retraining, versioning, and monitoring—both for classical ML models and for LLMs and Agents. * Manage versions and updates of deployed models, ensuring traceability. * Integrate inference APIs, microservices, containers, and scalable inference services to **orchestrate AI models and Agents.** * Organize, register, version, deploy, and **govern AI models** using MLflow. * Develop and **implement user interfaces**, applications, or systems enabling end-user interaction with AI systems. * Ensure compliance with responsible AI principles: explainability, privacy, non-discrimination, technical rigor, governance, security, and sustainability—based on **algorithmic auditing frameworks**. * **Research and implement emerging AI technologies** to sustain business relevance through innovation mechanisms. **KNOWLEDGE: EDUCATION LEVEL** University degree**KNOWLEDGE: SPECIFY FIELD OF STUDY** * **Postgraduate studies/certifications in AI (preferred)** * Python + ML frameworks * Frameworks for LLM-based applications such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, and MCP. * Databricks Unity Catalog. * MLflow. * Experience designing, training, and deploying machine learning/AI models in production. * Knowledge of cloud-based AI infrastructures such as Azure AI Foundry and Databricks. * Experience with MLOps pipelines, model versioning, and continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD). * Experience with generative AI, LLMs, Agents, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and vector databases. **KNOWLEDGE: SPECIFY OTHER KNOWLEDGE** AI certifications**LANGUAGES** Intermediate English**YEARS OF EXPERIENCE** 3**AREA OF EXPERIENCE** Roles related to the required expertise.
