Your Purpose As the Returns Leader, your mission will be to actively participate in and integrate the reverse logistics value chain, ensuring appropriate return receipt flow, compliance with quality policies and service-level agreements, promoting operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and proper handling of inventory and area-related information. Your Key Challenges Plan and coordinate team activities according to the return receipt flow. Schedule operational activities for each shift, ensuring fulfillment of the customer service promise. Resolve exceptions arising in the reverse logistics process. Identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans to strengthen area efficiency. Monitor adjustments related to over-delivered products. Support accurate classification of return reasons together with commercial departments. Actively participate in reverse logistics-related projects and initiatives positively impacting the area. Join this challenge if You hold a technical degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production, or related fields. You have at least 2 years of experience in reverse logistics, returns, quality, or related processes. You possess knowledge of reverse logistics, ERP and WMS systems. You have intermediate-level proficiency in Office tools. You have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, Integrated Management Systems, or quality processes.
