Learn more about this opportunity At Inter Rapidísimo, we are seeking a Disciplinary Processes Coordinator to lead the settlement of severance payments, contractual claims against commercial partners related to SPA (Theft, Loss, and Damage), and disciplinary proceedings for the assigned RACOL, in accordance with applicable legal and contractual terms established under current regulations and corporate policies, to ensure due process and support objective decision-making. Ensure all disciplinary proceedings are conducted in compliance with the Internal Procedures Manual to guarantee transparency and suitability of corresponding disciplinary sanctions, as stipulated in the Internal Work Regulations. Ensure decisions issued by the Directorate of Disciplinary Processes are formally notified to the employee within the timeframe specified in the Internal Work Regulations and meet all requirements defined in the procedure and applicable law, to prevent expiration of proceedings, condonation of infractions, and/or legal risks. Conduct verbal hearings for defenses to ensure due process and timely notification of decisions as stipulated in the Internal Work Regulations. Prepare just-cause contract terminations, ensuring prior approval by the Legal Management (if applicable) and formal notification to the employee within the timeframe specified in the Internal Work Regulations. Ensure notification to commercial partners (via digital or physical means) to guarantee due process in contractual claims. Negotiate payment agreements with commercial partners within the framework of indemnifications attributable to responsible parties, verifying their approval by Legal Management. Draft and approve contractual claims and related decisions. * What we need from you: Law graduate with two years of certified experience in legal areas and/or disciplinary processes, experience managing reports and management indicators, preferably in logistics and transportation companies.
