Learn more about this opportunity In Medellín, we are looking for a Security Guard to ensure compliance with the Physical Security protocols established in our company, according to the procedures stipulated by the organization, in order to safeguard personnel, assets, and company property, preventing theft, loss, or damage to shipments owned by customers. What you will do: Submit written reports to the Inspector and Supervisor regarding incidents and instructions occurring during incoming and/or outgoing shifts, ensuring daily operational traceability and completing required procedures for each case. Control access and egress of employees, contractors, and visitors at the assigned RACOL site, guaranteeing adherence to Physical Security protocols (be aware of prohibited items). Monitor arrival and departure of national, regional, and urban operations to protect company property. What we require from you: High school diploma or technical degree in administrative fields, Private Security, or related disciplines. Two years of experience in security and surveillance, proficiency in office software tools, seal control, and access control. IMPORTANT: Experience in logistics and/or corporate sectors.
