Job Summary: We are seeking personnel with experience operating industrial machinery (Flatbed, Coverstitch, and Overlock machines) for garment assembly. Key Highlights: 1. Production-based incentives At Suya Confecciones, we seek personnel with minimum experience operating industrial machinery (FLATBED, COVERSTITCH, or OVERLOCK). The ideal candidate must demonstrate proven proficiency in: Flatbed machine. Overlock machine (with or without safety stitch). Coverstitch machine (for finishing and hems). Knowledge of garment assembly. Technical Requirements Education level: Not required. Experience: Technical test or trial required. Skills: Proficiency in modular systems, agility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team. Working Conditions Contract type: (Fixed-term, indefinite-term, project-based, or hourly). Salary: To be agreed upon + production-based incentives.
