**Machine Operator** **About the role:** Safely operate a hygiene products production line, manufacturing products according to fixed specifications and standard operating procedures. As a member of the shift team, the operator is responsible for the performance of palletizing equipment and plant inventory, in addition to meeting established production targets. **What you will do** Work within Essity's safety standards and also be responsible for others. Operate the palletizer and monitor the process; if necessary, make adjustments in accordance with Essity's Continuous Improvement Systems. Actively participate in DOM meetings. Lead reference changes, perform machine repairs within Autonomous Maintenance (AM) limits under TPM methodology; and other assigned technical activities. Organize and prepare raw materials and load them into the machine according to established standard operating procedures. Maintain proper communication with the previous and next shifts, as well as with other individuals involved in machine operations. Maintain an optimal level of cleanliness in the work area. Ensure product quality standards by periodically checking product specifications, rejecting and blocking when necessary.
