(telepatia.ai) Doctors today spend up to **40–70% of their time on administrative work instead of patient care**, and we’re changing that by building AI “healthcare employees” that operate in real time. **What You'll Do** * Design, build, and maintain robotic process automations (RPA). * Automate repetitive operational workflows across different business areas. * Integrate internal systems and third\-party applications through APIs and automation platforms. * Troubleshoot, monitor, and improve existing automations. * Document automation processes and technical solutions. * Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation. * Support testing, deployment, and maintenance of automation projects. * Learn new AI and automation technologies as our platform evolves. * **Requirements** * 0–2 years of experience in software development or automation. * Degree (or currently pursuing) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field. * Basic programming skills in **Python**, **JavaScript**, or **C\#**. * Ideally Familiarity with APIs * Understanding of basic SQL and relational databases. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Ability to work independently in a fast\-paced startup environment. * Nice to have English proficiency
