Job Summary: We are seeking a Hardware and Continuity Analyst to manage infrastructure maintenance, availability, and operational continuity, resolve incidents, and administer backup systems. Responsibilities Manage hardware maintenance and upgrades, ensuring availability and proper functionality. Coordinate with technical teams on infrastructure operational continuity. Analyze and resolve hardware-related incidents. Administer HP infrastructure (servers and storage). Manage storage area networks (SAN) and associated concepts (LUNs, thin/thick provisioning, snapshots, and pools). Define and oversee backup policies. Administer backup repositories (on-premises and cloud-based). Support planning and execution of disaster recovery (DR) plans. · Requirements Prior experience in hardware analysis and maintenance. Knowledge of continuity systems and infrastructure management. Ability to work in both remote and on-site environments. Effective communication skills and teamwork collaboration. · Soft Skills: Resilience: Ability to operate calmly and effectively under pressure during critical incidents. Incident Management: Skill to diagnose, prioritize, and systematically resolve infrastructure failures. Adaptability: Flexibility to quickly adjust to changes in technology, tools, or priorities.
