**Maintenance Assistant** ----------------------------- **About the Role** ------------------ Lead, manage, and coordinate the execution of activities required by the production or maintenance process to which you belong, with the objective of ensuring achievement of the area’s management indicators through continuous monitoring of assigned tasks and resources. **What You Will Do** ------------- * Comply with and enforce safety and quality standards, procedures, and policies. * Responsible for activating the call chain when required by the process. * Lead by example in safety, eliminating root causes of unsafe conditions and/or unsafe behaviors. * Responsible for ensuring attendance at various area meetings. * Support the performance of Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) as required by the process. * Responsible for producing required drawings and sketches from the technical area to achieve objectives. * Manage various services provided by external suppliers according to process needs (e.g., metal-mechanical workshops, electrical repair workshops, etc.). * Responsible for creating SAP codes in accordance with established standards. * Responsible for supplier development to meet process requirements. * Support required efforts to close out unsafe conditions. **Who You Are** -------------- * Graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in cosmetic or personal care product production lines. * Knowledge of SAP, Excel, AutoCAD, drawings, P&ID. **What We Can Offer You** ---------------------------- Our purpose—Breaking Barriers for Well-being—gives meaning to everything we do.
