Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all. **Job Summary:** Lead and coordinate plant systems integration projects at a manufacturing location from an approach of people, process and systems, working as part of extended GSC Plant Floor Systems Team and GIT, to ensure system related standards are adhered to in plant environment. Scope of responsibilities include, but are not limited to, management of integration projects, system troubleshooting and maintenance, change management, training of operations and engineering teams and communication of best practices. **Principal Responsibilities:** * Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.* Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems. * Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization. * Establish and maintain close relationships with: * The regional IT SSO and ISM teams. * The plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams. * Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network." * Lead collaboratively with the corporate team all automation and integration system * initiatives: * Work of the future support (IoT , robotic , data) * Networks and Server acquisitions **Job Functions:*** Execute and support CEB projects for the plant/area as required (Include follow up * meetings) * Prepare and validate specifications for new equipments * Prepare and participate in MYR and BR meeting regarding capital investment. * Elaborate MOC´s. Ensure that all plant changes, which could impact facility * EHS/Quality compliance, must be documented (MOC) prior to initiation of the change. * Research new technologies, equipment's and utilities optimization and attend * suppliers * Lead implementation and management of all integration projects in the plant. This includes management of all three aspects of the implementation, people, process, and systems. * Provide the technical expertise to the sites to update the configurations of the systems. * Provide training and advanced troubleshooting to the site and Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization. * Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration * systems. * Actively participate, and support the global plant systems engineers’ network. * Attend FP\&R Meeting as required * Attend EHS, Quality and FP\&R audits as required according to position. * Close EHS, Quality and FP\&R findings as required according to position. * Accomplish with the Management System of safety and Health at Work "SGSST" as required according to position. **Position Profile:** The ideal candidate will be a proactive and methodical individual with understanding of engineering principles.
