You’ll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world. **A Day in the Life** ===================== Supports all aspects of CTMS and Vault eTMF Master Data Management, including data entry and maintenance (accounts, contacts, protocols, products, The Technology Enablement Specialist supports Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS) and Vault eTMF Master Data Management by maintaining accurate master data, assisting with system processes, and ensuring compliance with clinical research standards. This role provides operational support to users, participates in migrations and improvement projects, creates templates and documentation, and partners closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of clinical studies and data integrity across systems. This position will be Hybrid in Bogotá. **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:** * Maintain and update master data (accounts, contacts, protocols, study teams, etc.) across CTMS and Vault eTMF systems * Support system users by addressing inquiries, providing basic troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with processes and best practices * Participate in project activities, including migrations (e.g., RAD to eTMF), documentation updates, and continuous improvement initiatives * Create and maintain templates and operational documents such as Monitoring Visit Templates * Collaborate with cross\-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate data entry, successful task execution, and adherence to clinical research standards **Required Knowledge and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, or a related field * 2\+ years of experience supporting clinical research, managing master data, or working in a medical device/pharmaceutical data environment * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project) * Problem\-solving mindset and ability to identify process improvements while collaborating effectively with teams and stakeholders * Fluent in English (B2 – C1\) **Physical Job Requirements** The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. **Benefits \& Compensation** ============================ **Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package** A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
