We would love for you to join our team and be part of this exciting journey. Job Description We are looking for passionate individuals who want to join our Customer Success team as a Renewals Agent. Your Challenges - Perform renewals for assigned customers using your skills, ensuring proper management, classification, and follow-up. - Receive customer calls via various support channels to identify why they have not renewed their product and recover outstanding balances. - Contact customers who have not renewed their invoices to identify the reason for non-renewal and successfully collect payments. - Ensure documentation of all interactions. What We Are Looking For? - Completed high school diploma or university degree in accounting or related field. - Minimum one year of experience in portfolio collections management, customer service, sales, customer loyalty, and retention. - Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting knowledge.
